(A) CRT Monitor.
(B) LCD Monitor.
(C) LED Monitor.
(D) PLASMA Monitor.

(A) CRT Monitor :

CRT is a Cathode Ray Tube. This is the main component of the CRT monitor. They are quite large, heavy in weight, occupy a lot of space for storage, and cost a lot of electricity to operate. Due to all these disadvantages, LCD or LED monitors are currently used instead of CRT monitors.

(B) LCD Monitor :

lCD full name is Liquid Crystal Display. The main component of LCD monitors is Liquid Crystal.

👉 Advantage :-

(1) Thinner than CRT, light and easy to carry.
(2) It takes less space to store.
(3) Power consumption is low.

👉 Disadvantage :-

(1) The picture looks blurry when sitting in a corner.
(2) The screen can explode with the slightest press of a spiky.

(C) LED Monitor :-

The full name of the LED is a Light Emitting Diode. The main component of LED monitors is a type of Diode producing light. All the benefits of LCD monitors are available on LED monitors. That is, they are also thin and light and can be easily carried. It takes less space to store and costs less.
The main disadvantage of the LCD monitor is that it is possible to remove the LED monitor. That is, the picture is clear even when the angle of the LED is sitting on the monitor.

(D) PLASMA Monitor :

This is a completely new technology made flat panel monitor. This is more commonly known as PDP (Plasma Display Panel) monitor. It contains gaseous substances. Which is charged with electricity and remains in the recovered state. Millions of microscopic gas cells collectively make text or images appear on the screen.
Playground Giant screens are a kind of plasma monitor.
